We just moved into a new home. The roof needed some repair and the inspector said we should go with the company who put the roof on initially. So we called Dick Baker roofing. We received an estimate which was mailed to us. We signed, agreed to it, and mailed it back. My wife called to be sure they received it. They said they would get back to us to schedule the appointment. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called the owner and then the next morning a guy showed up. The issue was I had 5 other people doing things on my home. Later that afternoon, the receptionist calls me and says she won't be able to send anyone out to work on the roof until 4:30pm? Huh? The guy was already there. Communication is terrible. The only reason I give it three stars is because they fixed my roof.
