Bentley's Custom Car Stereo in Columbus, Ohio

Went there to have an amp install he told me 2 hour install but it turned into a 4 hour install with me being put off for other installs I waited patiently but after the install he hooked everything up but the amp was not wired down rite some kinda bad surge went back to the amp an the amp was super hot an it had burned out I called him about the amp after I took it to another professional an they said he did not bolt down a fuse under the hood an it was sparking an it did something wrong to the amp I took it back to Craig he put me on the back burner for my concern everything I have him was brand new in the box but he acted like none if the issue was a problem of his install I took my truck up to him to check the same amp on a different system he unhooked my amp from the other system after the test the amp still didn't come on amp he never hooked the stereo back up in my truck the way he took it apart he called around asking for assistance about the broken amp but it was just a rush to get me out of his shop I will never recommended any one for his services I was very disappointed and now I out of a 189$ Orion Amp.
