I was approached by a man in store and was given gift cards to sign up for paper. I was told I was paid for Sept and October was free then I wouldn't have anything going out of my account till Nov. In Oct they took out for Nov which according to the man wasn't due till the 11th of Nov. They over drew my account and will not put the money back into my account. I called the Dispatch and told them to discontinue the paper well they did but not the payment. I have tried to call them several times and they don't seem to answer the phone as of today also they are not answering the phone and suppose to be open according to their website. I think the guy just wanted to make a sell and lied to me. I also told him I would probably stop the paper before it was due again cause all I do is use the coupons and he instructed me not to do it before Nov 11 cause he wouldn't get his commission from the sale.So I was lied to by the sales rep and can't get the Dispatch to give me back my money which they took out twice and the bank put back. Now I am disputing the charge that the bank reversed and the Dispatch sent back through. Never again will I get the Dispatch bad business
