Lady at the counter was rude as soon as she opened her mouth, we asked if she had any rooms available and she snapped at us that it is a hotel of course they had rooms if we had money. We are both managers of restaurants and we're not dressed like low life or drug heads, we were in town on business and took it some where else

This is by far the very best and most accommodating hotel I have EVER stayed in. They provided me with early check in due to driving all the way from Florida with my family and also allowed our dog to stay and put us on the first floor close to an exit to accommodate her going to the bathroom. That is just the beginning of the perks. The 2 queen bed suite was very affordable for the quality you receive. Very open space with just enough room, very comfortable beds and very clean. The staff is inviting and welcoming and the front desk lady was very helpful. I am astonished at this place. It is even more than I expected. We visit Ohio a lot and I now refuse to stay anywhere else, other than the perfect comfort suites. Thank you for making our 2 week stay as if we were home!
