Nice guys, very accommodating. Here's the issue...they have almost never properly repaired our vehicles-or-we've left with an issue that wasn't present before they did the work. I'm pretty sure I can't go back. We have spent a lot of money with this location (more than most families in the area I would imagine). I took a car in due to Firestone installed tires (6 weeks old) losing air. Car dealer had them put on the car as a part of the purchase. Since our name was not on the sale/warranty for the tires they were really not very excited to look at them and treated me like crap. I showed them the receipt for the tires, the buyers order for the car (same date) and still- no go. One guy in particular is a jerk and treats everyone poorly- he knows who he is

The lifetime alignment is great, but after 15 years they might have lost me forever. When the car body-rolls into a turn, the car's rear end tries to jump out from behind. My 1st alignment on my newer/used car is incorrect, and I'm not exaggerating when I go so far as to say, "dangerous." I called before even getting home to make them aware.. and I've been back 3 times to remedy and they say everything is correct. I went to another tire store (now 4 months later), that does alignments and the numbers don't lie.. it really is bad!! Common guys!!!! To error is human... but to not take care of a 15 year client just doesn't make sense! After installing rear shims to fix excessive rear negative camber (fixed), now has excessive left rear negative toe.. right rear is off but close. This means: On 315 at the hospital curve at freeway speeds (4 to 6 times a day), body-roll to the right is wobbly, but body-roll left.. omg! Catch it right and it's like I'm trying to be a drift-racer... not cool... and they haven't cared to make it right... and now, this long after... I don't want to go in again and be told no AGAIN. For anyone who understands: Rear Left Toe -0.24 (range -0.03 to +0.28) Rear Right Toe -0.08 (range -0.03 to +0.28) Sorry to all, I don't like to complain. Usually a 5 star reviewer bc ppl are too quick to criticize. Now my only hope is that someone from Firestone sees this, reaches out to me and restores my faith. I believe it possible, I just need to be sent to a different store (please). Thanks
