Cashiers and management are using the Harbor Freight coupon books from behind the register to give customers free warranties and ITC memberships without customers permission. When you request to have the warranty and the ITC membership removed they get really upset/angry and refuse to give you the coupon price and make you pay full price since you don't have a coupon with you. Buyers beware that they could be adding stuff to your transactions without your knowledge. I suggest that you review your receipt before leaving the store as well. This happened to me while shopping with a family member. Not going back to Harbor Freight as long as I can purchase some where else even if more expensive.
