This review will not allow me to choose no stars, otherwise I would. Guys come out to simply "charge" my AC unit with coolant. He was at my house for 45 minutes at the most. Charged me $214 for 1 POUND of R-22. 10 minutes after he left, my AC unit stopped working. So I tell him the fan is no longer spinning. He tells me the "fan motor" must have went out. (never had an issue with it before). He'll have to order me a new $450 part for that but "don't worry, I won't charge you another $89 for a service call". R-22 goes for about $600 per tank that holds 30 lbs. This company is really good at scamming people. STAY AWAY. Please contact me for more info. Whatever I can do to help out the next person that could get rear ended by this company, I will gladly do.

When an older AC unit kept tripping the breaker, we called Heartland to come check it out. Not only did they service the old AC, they got it up and running during some of he hottest days of the year within 24 hours of our call. Professional. Knowledgable. 11/10 will use again when we replace the unit in a couple years or for any other AC/Heating need we have. Special call out to Michael. He was fantastic.
