I and my wife have worked with Tom and his crew to keep our two excuses for vehicles on the road and so has my mother and brother for over ten years. They have been very generous to work on these vehicles when most other shops turn them away due to pre-existing flaws and conditions. As far as I can tell these people do their level headed best to make your vehicle work and will be the first to refer you to a different shop if they do not have the right tools or skills to make a repair that they feel they can guarantee. They will also work with parts brought in and will guarantee the labor, just not the parts, since they are not the holder of the receipt for the repair part. I have moved away from the Columbus area but when I have a repair I just can't trust to my local mechanic, I bring it to Sartin. They have always been fair to me and my family.
