Sweet & Sassy in Columbus, Ohio

We got our 6-year-old's hair done at this place today and had an absolutely awful experience. The stylist was rude and impatient, both towards me and our child. We were late by about 5-7 minutes and instead of telling us that they would not be able to provide the entire service in the remainder of the time, she took my daughter in and starting trimming her hair. Her tone towards my daughter was abrasive and she rushed through the whole appointment. At the end, she refused to blow dry her hair out and said her next appointment was already there. I don't believe I have anyone display such obnoxious and rude behavior towards a customer, let alone a child. I will also be taking this complaint to the BBB and making sure that they don't repeat this with another customer. If you can't be polite and patient with kids, please don't work at a place that caters exclusively to little kids. Salons are running behind all the time and if you are charging for the full service, you better provide the full service. In full disclosure, at the end, they did try to offer a discount and have someone blow her hair out, but after this terrible experience, I did not want to spend another minute there. I am absolutely never going back to this place.
