T-rriffic Table Linens in Columbus, Ohio

I have rented linens from T-triffic a couple of times and I have been very pleased with the quality of the linens, the pricing, and the service. The Owner of the company went out of her way to help me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I received many compliments on the linens and they truly made the room. No decorations can make as big of an impact, on a room, than the table linens and napkins. If you decide to use chair covers the effect is WOW!!! I have been to other events where cheap, thin, stained linens were used, and you would be better off to use newspaper. If you want quality, service, and a beautiful party use T-rriffic!!!

Terrible customer service!! I initially contacted T-Rriffic Table Linens on July 17th to order a few swatches for linen napkins to possibly use at my wedding. It was a Friday morning and I was told that the swatches wouldn't go out that day, but that they would be going out in the mail the following week (week of 7/20). On July 28th and after still not having received the swatches in the mail, I contacted T-Rriffic to confirm the status of the swatches. The individual who answered the phone was rude as if he were annoyed that I was calling to follow up. He informed me that the swatches would be going out in the mail the next day (July 29th). To this date August 11th, we still have not received the swatches. My fiancé and I called T-Rriffic Table Linens again on Saturday August 8th and left a message expressing our concerns with their poor level of customer service and we still haven't received a return phone call. At this time, I have given up on T-Rriffic Table Linens. Fortunately, we were able to find the color of fabric we want for our napkins at Jo Ann Fabrics and we will be having someone sew the napkins. Apparently our wedding is too small scale for T-Rriffic Table Linens and they wouldn't be making enough money off of our event to provide us with the level of customer service that every customer should deserve.
