My package was hard to read and they had taken it back to the post office because they couldn't find the address they thought was on it. I called to see how late they were open, which is four today. The gentleman over the phone was very courteous and said he had someone who could run it back up to my home today because I didn't get off work in time to pick it up! I really appreciate the kindness of the postal office! I was having a horrible day and the kindness of this man just really made my day do a complete 180! Thank you!

Needs to be under investigation for all the missing parcels that customers have paid for and things come up missing during delivery. They won't reimburse you for missing items. It is the Government.
