If I could give zero stars I would. I flew in around 11:40pm and had already had a bad experience with a different rental company. I travel for business and have a corporate account with Hertz as well. The agent behind the desk was beyond incompetent. He was not knowledgeable regarding the system and instead of helping me out, he would take other customers in front of me to avoid helping me. After an hour and a half of back and forth with the agent I finally got my car, but not after an extremely grueling struggle. What should have taken all of 15 mins took an hour and 40. I'm really sorry that I have to pay them $1,800, and this is the type of service they have provided. I will NEVER rent from these guys again.
